These terms cover your use of the AJKFi website at ajkfi.com, run by AJK Computers (AJK Computer Repair Services), Negros Oriental, Philippines. Contact: ajkcomputerrepairservices@gmail.com.

Your account

• Give a real name and an email address you control. Keep your password to yourself.
• You are responsible for what is done in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
• One person or business per account. Do not create accounts to get around limits or blocks.

Licences

• A licence lets one router run AJKFi at a time. Licences are sold as a one-time lifetime licence - there is no subscription.
• Licences are bought from AJK Computers or an authorised distributor. Payment, renewals and refunds are arranged with whoever sold you the licence.
• Moving a licence to replacement hardware is allowed within the limits shown in your account. Using one licence on several routers, sharing codes, or tampering with licensing is not allowed, and the licence may be withdrawn.
• Time that customers have already paid for on your machine is honoured even if a licence ends.

Acceptable use

Do not try to break into the site or other accounts, guess licence codes, overload the service, or use it for anything unlawful. We may suspend accounts that do.

The service

We work to keep the site and the licence server running, but we cannot promise they will never be unavailable. Routers are designed to keep working for weeks without reaching our server. The website and software are provided as they are; to the extent the law allows, AJK Computers is not liable for indirect losses such as lost income.

Changes

We may update these terms. The new version will be posted here with a new date. Philippine law applies.
